Summer Booster with Energy Boost
A sunny smoothie bowl to boost your mood. Serving this in a hollowed out pineapple makes it even more Instagrammable. Hello sunshine!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1/2 mango
- 2 tblsp water
- 1 spoon Be So Happy Energy Boost
- Optional: toppings, such as nuts, seeds and/or fresh fruit
- Start with scooping the flesh out of half of the pineapple. You could use the skin as a bowl.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Top with nuts and seeds if desired and serve immediately.
