Healthier Nutella Spread with Chocolate Bandit

For when you fancy Nutella, but not the huge amount of sugar. This spread is made in no time at all. And promised: so much better than the original.


  • 120 gr hazelnuts
  • 30 gr raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp agave syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 spoon Be So Happy Chocolate Bandit 


    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    2. Roast the hazelnuts until browned and fragrant, that takes 8-10 minutes. Grind the nuts to a smooth paste. Add the other ingredients and mix another minute until well combined. Add a little more oil when the paste seems dry, or let the machine run for a little while longer. The paste will become more liquid then.

    3. Store the paste in the fridge, in a glass jar. Take it out of the fridge half an hour before you want to eat it. Great to use on bread, rice cakes or crackers, or in desserts.
