Morning Bowl with Meal Replacement Caramel
Start your day wonderful with this delicious Morning Bowl! Enjoy the taste of caramel and fruit and feel satisfied for a long period of time.
- 2 hands full of red fruit (fresh or frozen)
- 250 ml skimmed milk
- 1 handful of oats
- 3 spoons (=35g) Be So Happy Meal Replacement Caramel
- Optional as topping: fresh fruit such as banana, raspberries or blueberries
You’ll need: a blender.
- Put all ingredients (except for the oats) in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top with the oats and fresh fruit if preferred.
