Morning Bowl with Meal Replacement Caramel

Start your day wonderful with this delicious Morning Bowl! Enjoy the taste of caramel and fruit and feel satisfied for a long period of time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 hands full of red fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • 250 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 handful of oats
  • 3 spoons (=35g) Be So Happy Meal Replacement Caramel
  • Optional as topping: fresh fruit such as banana, raspberries or blueberries

    You’ll need: a blender.

    Directions

    1. Put all ingredients (except for the oats) in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
    2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top with the oats and fresh fruit if preferred.
